is to multiply transformational communities of Jesus followers
Why We Exist
We are asking God to multiply transformational communities of Jesus followers in Middle Tennessee and beyond.
We are simply the next generation of the early church we read about in the book of Acts. And just as they experienced in the first century, we can see a massive multiplication of followers of Jesus in our context. As we pray diligently and seek God’s activity where we are, we will see the active work of the Holy Spirit among our friends, families, and neighbors.

Our Approach
We will catalyze missional leaders to follow the Disciple-Making pattern of Jesus.
We have an instruction manual that teaches us how to see the kind of movement we envision. It is found in the Gospels and the Book of Acts. As we follow this pattern, as we observe in the life of Christ, we will see the results that the early disciples saw as they followed in the His footsteps.

What is Discipleship Multiplication?
Discipleship addition is what we often see in our churches. Growth by addition often feels good to us and can even appear to be making disciples faster than the hard work of spending more time with fewer disciples. But as we make one disciple at a time who makes another generation and another, we will begin to see a growth in disciple-making that will dig deep into every place among every people and exponentially grow as we remain faithful to the work of abundant seed scattering and development and maturity of new believers.
Where are these future disciples?
They are your family and your co-workers, your friends and your neighbors. You find them on the soccer field and the school board meeting. You encounter them at the water cooler and the bus stop. They work with you, play with you, shop alongside you, and even live in your home. You already have a relationship with them and with a little intentionality, you will be having conversations that will lead them to the throne of God to be transformed from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Light.
What do we promise to one another as we co-labor together in this mission?
We promise to offer a community of acceptance, understanding, growth, training, and ongoing coaching and support for leaders called to the mission of Jesus.
We know how often you get misunderstood as an apostolic disciple-making multiplier. We’ve experienced it, and we have felt it. That’s why our covenant to one
another must offer acceptance of the vision God has given you to advance His Kingdom. We will work to understand the dynamics of your unique call. We will
help you develop the skills you need to accomplish that vision. We will offer ongoing training, support, and coaching to launch you into your work with a toolbox
of tools that will equip you to fulfill your greatest calling to reach your mission field. We are here to do this TOGETHER!
